Preparation for a plant-medicine experience allows us to build a safe container, review and reduce fears and concerns, identify intentions and goals for the journey, explore aspects of personal history which may be brought to awareness in journey space, and maximize the benefits of the medicine. Our goal is for you to feel relaxed and trusting of what your experience has the potential to offer you on your healing journey.
Integration offers the opportunity to clarify certain insights which may feel initially confusing to process and understand. At a macro dose level, psilocybin can induce experiences which may later feel ineffable or ephemeral to the individual, and with the support of an experienced practitioner these messages can be more accurately understood and therefore implemented into daily life.
