Jess is a private-pay provider and doesn’t accept insurance. She can provide superbills if you have out-of-network reimbursement benefits.

Yes, all sessions are virtually held on a HIPAA compliant video platform.

Jess requires all new clients to book 4 weekly sessions when they first start therapy. This builds the necessary momentum for successful therapy. After 4 sessions, you can drop down to bi-weekly if you’d like.
